As Network Administrator I manage Motorsports Authentic’s Infrastructure. I am integral in implementation of any new switches, routers, and firewalls. I am also responsible for maintaining approximately 20 physical servers, an EMC SAN and a VMware implementation of more than a dozen virtualized servers. I am also responsible for setting the direction and planning of the end user desktops and laptops. Below I’ve listed some of the jobs that I perform:- Telecommunication management with an AVAYA S8500 and 500 DID's and over 25 800 numbers.- Managed over 500 users hardware/software on both PC’s and MAC Computers- Active Directory management.- Exchange management.- Installed, configured and managed the EMC VNXe SAN.- Managed and maintained a PCI SAQ-C and SAQ-CVT Certification across 500 desktops and 40 Servers.- Responsible for migration of physical infrastructure to a Virtualized Infrastructure utilizing both VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V.- Responsible for maintaining and implementing the backup strategy for the Windows Infrastructure, backing up approximately 12 terabytes of data.- Responsible for patching all Microsoft products using Windows Software Update Services (WSUS).- Installation, troubleshooting and repair of all HP Servers- Managed all Cisco Networking Devices including Catalyst Switches, ASA Firewalls and Routers. Created, managed and maintained Vlan's, NAT Rules.- Managed, configured and used Spiceworks for Issue Management, Hardware Discovery and Configuration Management.- Configured and maintained Sharepoint based internal portal.- Experience with Windows networking and Related TCP/IP concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc…)- Configure and deploy mobile retail stores using Microsoft Dynamics RMS.- Mobile Device Management, including Cell Phones, Tablets and Laptops.- Maintained and setup Remote Connection Services such as VPN and RDP Servers.- FTP Server configuration and maintenance.- Coordinate installation and migration projects.

- Image and deploy 700 Laptops and 100 Desktops to 4 different locations in the Charlotte area- Maintain helpdesk tickets and Inventory placement- Performed hardware repairs and managed warranty repair jobs - Configured base images of each PC model using Norton Ghost and using them for deployment
