Medaljlotteriet was a digital subscription-based lottery from Novamedia Sverige AB.My responsibility as a CRM-manager was to create the CRM-strategy, building loyalty in customer interactions. The CRM-plan contained activities such as welcome-packages, newsletters, branded content, upsell campaigns, social media events, winner presentation and TV-productions.I reported all KPIs (click rate, conversion, customer lifetime value, retention and up-sales) both to the team and directly to the board.The lottery was canceled after 5 months and I was responsible for the liquidation process. During 3 years I ended up learning the full scope of a cross functional development team, launching a digital product, maintenance and liquidation.

Svenska PostkodLotteriet is a subscription-based lottery from Novamedia Sverige AB. As a Customer service manager I was responsible for the customer service management team and two customer service teams of approximately 45 employees to provide a top notch customer experience for 1 million customers.I was a part of the middle management team, representing the customer´s voice in the continuous business development. Besides the everyday interactions by phone, e-mail, chat and social media, our customer service staff support events and TV-productions, building a strong employee brand.After my department received the award for "Best Customer Service in Sweden", I decided to move on to my next challenge.
