I'm heading up the consumer fronting POS of the Dirac Live product. This includes the ecosystem of proprietary channels such as the Dirac Online Store and the Dirac Live apps, as well as partner channels and other interfaces. It's an omni-channel business involving staff, clients and end-users all across the globe, and as such instrumental in driving the growth of Dirac.

As VP Ecommerce I headed up the Self Sign-Up (SSU) business of the messaging services across the group. The footprint was in 25+ predominantly European markets with a clear focus on expansion and growth. As Head of Ecommerce I oversaw digital sales globally. I was part of the business unit gateretail which specializes in aviation retail. I headed up the digital team at Inflight Service. As such I had the overall responsibility of Inflight Service's commercial websites. They were the primary revenue stream of the pre-order business. Predominantly aviation customers in a range of markets were targeted through these online retail sites. My key tasks were to develop, monitor and execute on the digital strategy of Inflight Service. CRM also fell in my area of responsibility as well as through BI to govern and sponsor business centric applications and processes.

As a consultant in the Digital Consulting capability area at Connecta, I was part of the Digital Strategy and Management team. My main responsibility areas were to assist in guidance, strategy and management in web related areas such as web analytics, Internet applications or web developments in general.Assignment at Sony Mobile CommunicationsAnalytics Manager, 2011.02 - 2013.08I worked for Sony Mobile during two and half years managing the digital analytics department. As member and also head of the digital analytics team, I supervised the efforts of the team in Lund, London and Mumbai, and carried out analytics assignments to support the online business.Assignment at Veolia Transport Project Manager and Technical Coordinator, 2010.06 - 2011.02My first main assignment was working for Veolia on their sub brand SuperShuttle during the start up of the Swedish and French business areas.

As a consultant in Information Management I provided the necessary strategy and structure to ensure that data is governed, viewed, managed, and stored as a seamless whole supporting the lifecycle of information from capture through to transformation (Ericsson assigment). The specialties of my delivery team were Portal and Content Management, Data Management and Business Intelligence. In my work I was staffed to project roles which varied from project to project, and typically I was in a delivery role at the client site with project management responsibility. Examples of client business areas where I was staffed are telecommunication and energy. I also assisted in strengthening our team by sales support, marketing, recruitment, knowledge sharing and team events.

As a Web Traffic Consultant I provided Web Traffic Management to clients that wished to improve and manage their online visibility. The service areas included Search Engine Optimisation, Web Traffic Analysis, Search Engine Marketing and Website Link Validation. In different contexts and projects I carried out roles as project manager, team lead, account responsible as well as project team member. Examples of client business areas were automotive, finance, manufacturing, retail and tourism. My team lead responsibility included matching delivery schedule to work force availability, dividing tasks and customer responsibility within the Web Traffic Services group and coaching in delivery work and client interactions. Besides these day to day responsibilities, I also assisted with sales support, business case developments, translations, market and product research, and marketing. AWARDED THE OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT AND CONTRIBUTION AWARD OF 2006.
