Usingthese applications helped me service the customers to their satisfaction and help meet their needs. Thisincluded scheduling appointments for customers, charging and adding their credit cards in our systems,applying coupons and credit to customers account, and answering miscellaneous questions that theyhad. In addition, I got to establish professional and friendly relationships with the customers I serviced.I had the privilege in working with my Coworkers and aiding them in their problem solving skills. I was a Full Time Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the East Texas area.Myself and my companion helped others find peace during dark times in their lives. As well I helpedlead groups of Missionaries to help accomplish goals towards a common cause. It was an amazingexperience to grow relationships and learn how to effectively communicate with a companion, other FullTime Missionaries, and those friends that we met. As well, I got to learn the Spanish language and interact with those who spoke it. It was gratifying to see myself grow and become expert in another language.

At the factory Ihelped produce the stretchy gel that makes Purple Mattresses well-known. I also helped put bed sheetson the mattresses so that the consumer can enjoy their bed when it gets shipped to them. This helpedme learn how to work in a team to help achieve a common goal.
