Led the development of their annual business plan and revenue/profit forecast, plus the restructure of the UK team to deliver it. • Identification, alignment and planning of 2-year negotiation strategy across tier 1 & 2 suppliers in £1.5b turnover global business, with £18m P&L benefit identified and full support/enablement plan in place• Scoping, planning & supporting initial delivery for re-balancing £10m EMEA COGS (cost of goods sold) across the Brexit line (UK <--> EU)• Design, implementation & transformation of the Commercial team in a £400m wholesale & distribution business from individual functions to a fully cross-functional Category Management approach encompassing the Product, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, Digital Content and Pricing functions • 6 month Interim assignment in newly created role of Global Head of Category Management (c.80 people), delivering +3% Gross Profit growth in first full quarter after consistent declines in previous 5 quarters• 6 week review of Own Brand performance and enhancement, recommendations to the Board on strategy & plans to increase Own Brand share to drive margins
