During my time as a production supervisor trainee, I was exposed to the manufacturing process of this ingredient as well as exposed to the many different business aspects within Kerry at large. Specifically I:• Created lot number validation program, significantly decreasing the number of incorrect GHS labels.• Designed automated formatting program for LOTO tags, resulting in over $100,000 of cost savings• Developed weekly report document for entire liquid smoke business unit which provided a summary of performance as well as safety and quality incidents• Served in supervisory role of five operators in variable demand environment, decreasing missed shipments to promise by 13%
