Developed and executed launch plan for Expedia's rollout of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for European customers across all brands, minimizing customer friction and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Led program to migrate payment flows from legacy to strategic payment processors, increasing payment success rates while reducing operational costs and risk.

Implemented strategic projects and tactical initiatives across Expedia Group Lodging Partner Services (LPS) as a business partner to the Platform Services, Strategic Accounts, and Operational Excellence teams. Designed and deployed training, certification and back office support to deliver win-win value proposition with Samsung Mobile's partners and provide seamless integration with Samsung.Developed and piloted an online sales training program for Samsung Mobile’s 3,000+ B2B IT channel partners, including training accreditation and partner benefits, to boost sales through IT channels. Deployed in 18 countries, leading to sales growth from partners with certified individuals.Organized “Partner Action Summits” with carrier and channel sales partners in USA & Canada and created marketing deliverables to evangelize Samsung’s B2B offerings and increase Samsung’s B2B sales through these partners.
