• Build out and manage operations team to support our 12 sites in EMEA• Responsible to lead, train and help operations staff across different sites• Serve as escalation point for team members• Plan budgets and resources • Work with different departments across the company on various projects• Work out of hours including weekends to help with escalations• Work on projects from start to completion and updating stakeholders as I go• Working with users globally to resolve any issues that come up• Working on systems to improve user experience, minimize downtime and to offer a highly available and redundant infrastructure• Working under pressure to meet tight deadlines• Work on business critical systems• Working with providers to achieve cost savings across many areas in the business• Point of contact for site issues in Cork office as well as escalation for EMEA• Lead office build outs and expansions across EMEA and APAC• Make sure no issue is too small and help end users understand what happened
