I am an aspiring IT Professional who recently completed the Google IT Support Specialist Program while working full time at my current job. I have 9+ years working as a lead trainer in several problem solving departments such as pack, pick, ship dock, in both inbound/outbound areas. I also do troubleshooting in the outbound area of warehouse to help identify issues we have to assure customers receive their correct orders and receive them on time.
