Most recently, I am proud of leading the EMEA Advisory Board at Salesforce, a unique innovation in the B2B software industry which influenced over $360 million in new billings. Among other career highlights, I also enhanced sales productivity at BEA Systems, resulting in a 30% increase in license revenues in 18 months. For B2B technology firms, I have consistently driven revenue growth and organisational innovation. At Salesforce, I facilitated over 200 meaningful executive engagements, strengthening client relationships and enhancing brand perception in the European market. Working on the user side, I built my understanding of corporate change at companies such as BP, TalkTalk and Novartis, leading projects that generated new revenue streams, saved millions in costs, and improved service delivery. Combining my experience from both sides of the provider-customer relationship, I bring a unique perspective to the development of B2B technology firms. As we stand on the cusp of the AI revolution, effective implementation is proving harder than many imagined, and early signs are that the adoption of - and value realised by - by generative AI has been slow to materialise.
