I am a Partner at Aeton Law Parnters where I represent individuals and businesses in a variety of litigation and transactions. On the litigation side, my practice focuses on commercial and complex matters including trade secrets, copyright, trademarks, securities, partnership and shareholder disputes, noncompetition, tax, employment, business torts, insurance coverage, securities, contract and property disputes. On the corporate side, I serve as the outside general counsel for numerous companies providing day-to-day input on the many legal issues businesses encounter on a daily basis. I also regularly represent and advise clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, contract negotiations, corporate governance, intellectual property matters, employment matters, risk management and blockchain technologies.I am a Past-President of the Connecticut Bar Association, and Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Rule of Law Committee. I previously served as a delegate for Connecticut to the American Bar Association House of Delegates and the New England Bar Association. I am also a past-Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Legislative Policy and Review Committee, Membership Committee and the Young Lawyers Section. I also serve as a Corporator for Middlesex Health and am the Immediate Past-President for Congregation Adath Israel.
