Additionally, Jonathan is the definition of an empathetic, caring, empowering leader. He stepped up as a leader many times. From on-boarding new members on our team, to consulting his clients, to advising other colleagues outside of his immediate remit, I always appreciated Jonathan's motion to lend a helping hand and step up where needed. Jonathan's attitude in general was always inspiring. He's calm, intelligent, positive, and kind. My trust in him, his leadership, abilities, communication, etc. is beyond, and there is no room I wouldn't put him in. Jonathan was respected by many, and was seen as a trusted advisor to business leaders and his colleagues. His influence and reputation precedes him, and he's a proven entity shown through his many achievements and recognitions. All in all, Jonathan would be one of the first people I'd call if I were to build a team again.
