I am a product manager who is passionate about creating products that enable people to positively impact the lives of others. I love creating products that are accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. I am a resourceful, creative thinker who enjoys finding beneficial solutions that put people first while balancing the needs of the business.Currently, I work on LETRS, a professional learning platform focused on equipping teachers to improve child literacy outcomes. To date, LETRS has significantly impacted the lives of children. In Alabama, from 2023 to 2024, where LETRS is implemented state-wide, the proportion of 3rd graders reading at or above grade level increased from 83% to 91%, while 2nd graders improved from 75% to 83%. I strive to develop products that not only enhance educational experiences but also maximize their positive impact on society, contributing to a future where innovation serves to benefit all learners.
