My career in advertising, digital marketing, and SEO began at just 14 years old when I started running advertising campaigns as an affiliate marketer. I've always loved to learn. SEO was an emerging field, while the increasing availability of consumer data was changing the advertising industry at a remarkable pace. Over the years, I had phenomenal mentors, extraordinary team members, and a natural ability for my field. I'd go on to work in several marketing & creative agencies, but working in an office had me unhealthy, stuck, and burned out. This feeling sparked my health journey - which led to me learning about meditation, the mind/body connection, diet/nutrition, spirituality, nervous system regulation & mindset work, and so much more.I longed for connection and adventure - so I created my own agency, which emphasized the importance of marketing best practices to generate the highest returns possible (14,000% ROI was our record!). The more I learned about taking better care of myself, the better my businesses did. My partner and I worked with many entrepreneurs & small businesses, and had amazing experiences before eventually deciding to transition into a consultancy. A little over two years after consulting with the global leader in access solutions, I again found myself longing for connection and adventure.This was the moment we decided it was finally time to pursue what we were truly passionate about - teaching people how to design their life.My partner Kate and I now teach entrepreneurs & purpose-driven individuals how to take their freedom back and live a life of vibrant health. Kate is a holistic life coach, and holistic lifestyle practices transformed [and saved] my life. Together we own our holistic life coaching practice, New Moon Holistic Life. Our podcast, The Illuminated Path Podcast, educates on all things holistic (mind, body, & soul) living, especially emphasizing how your health impacts your business/career & relationships.
