I am a Partner specialising Corporate and Commercial Law, Construction Law and Commercial Property.My corporate and commercial work includes business sales and acquisitions, joint venture agreements and all other types commercial agreements for private limited companies and larger corporates within a variety of sectors.My Construction law work includes both contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters, clients in Court proceedings, Arbitration proceedings and Adjudications. I also advise clients on non-contentious construction and engineering law matters including drafting and advising on construction and engineering contracts including the JCT suite of construction contracts and NEC3 contracts. My Commercial Property work primarily focuses on the acquisition and disposal of construction and development sites as well as other ancillary documents relevant to specific deals such a development agreements, option agreements and agreements for lease. I also act on sales and purchases of other types of commercial property and negotiate the terms of commercial leases.
