Accounting 221: I lead three weekly classes with approximately 25 students for Accounting 221: "Principles of Financial Accounting", where I teach supplementary material to reinforce important concepts. I am responsible for supporting students' academic growth throughout the semester through weekly office hours and feedback on graded assignments. Additionally, I communicate students' concerns with the head professor to ensure prompt, effective solutions.Accounting 233: - Host weekly office hours for 90 students to ensure success in their coursework. - Grade and provide feedback on students' weekly assignments.- Answer student questions and communicate with professor in a timely manner.

I work directly with the dean's office to develop strategies and programs that enhance the Isenberg School of Management.

Beta Alpha Psi is the premier accounting honors society at Isenberg, which enables students to achieve high degrees of academic and professional success.

Promoted after only three weeks of employment due to my exceptional customer service and team-management skills. Through this role, I gained valuable experience in managing inventory according to a “Just-in-Time” business model which involved coordinating deliveries with multiple vendors. I also demonstrated excellent time management, as I was responsible for arriving four hours prior to opening, so I could prepare the store for business hours. Additionally, I utilized my leadership and communication skills to help train new employees in various capacities.
