Jonathan Taylor began his real estate career in 1984 with Dale Denton Real Estate in Washington, DC’s Georgetown neighborhood. A meeting with real estate developer Wallace Tutt two years later led to Jonathan opening his own firm in 1988, which would eventually become the Washington, DC affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty in 2006. After building a network and strong relationships in the luxury DC real estate market, Jonathan sold the historic Patterson Mansion for a record $20 million and led his firm to gross $2.6 billion in 2016 sales. Jonathan has had more than $1 billion in lifetime group sales and attributes his success to remaining active as both a listing and selling broker. His TTR Sotheby’s International Realty firm now has more than 450 associates and nine offices representing the Washington Metropolitan area.Outside the office, sports play a large role in Jonathan’s life. A native of New England, he remains an avid Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics fan. He plays tennis and golf, but his true passion is baseball, specifically pitching; he belongs to several local teams and competes in national tournaments.
