CurrentRemote and on-site support of SMB clients in a MSP context. Work with enterprise IT teams to support their local/regional facilities. Design and manage network infrastructure, virtualized and bare metal servers, and client workstations. Work with clients’ other vendors directly during migrations and troubleshooting events. Deploy white labelled managed backup software and DNS/email/web hosting services.Design and deploy dedicated on-site monitoring infrastructure based on RaspberryPis and associated onboarding procedures for automated installation of RMMDesign/redesign/deploy computer networks of medium to large scale manufacturing facilitiesMigration of existing and implementation of replacement services and networks pursuant to ownership changes of medium to large scale manufacturing facilitiesDesign and deploy VPN/RDS solutions for remote workers and/or branch locationsImplement redundant communication for remote mission critical manufacturing resources
