I have been a backend client software support engineer for TransLoc, Inc. and its predecessor companies since April 2019 in multiple roles involving data entry support, software support and troubleshooting, transit system data processing, and DNS management. In this position, I have gained experience training new employees as well as serving as a liaison between multiple departments to facilitate effective teamwork. I graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Political Science in December 2021. I have significant experience in writing, data entry, system troubleshooting, and overall backend customer support working in conjunction with client-facing positions. I spent two years as a volunteer missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area and have also volunteered as a biographical writer for the Stories Behind the Stars project, documenting the lives of United States service members killed during World War II.
