• Perform site visits to certify each member is advocating the company's safety requirements in the highest regard. • Ensure that the quality of the product being installed is actively discussed and followed. • Receive and review the customers FTTH network design proposals. • Reveal all potential constructability issues while working closely with the customers Engineering and Operations teams to resolve and/or redesign work packages.• Request updated work orders if the scope of work changes based on redesigning the customers network to ensure the proper funding is available. • Closely monitor each package and the SOW associated to ensure that maximum efficiency is executed. • Implement proper procedures in order to fulfill the contractual obligations with each customer.• Set and maintain clear expectations internally and externally in order to lower unnecessary overhead costs and exceed deadlines.• Host interviews with potential candidates and hire based on specific guidelines and current demand.• Work intimately with all internal and external business partners to ensure that all of the required deliverables are being captured and submitted in a timely manner.• Build highly organized file structures to easily verify and submit all expected data reports to ensure the proper funding for each project.• Generate a detailed BOM for each customer as well as the internal executive teams in order to have visibility on the total expected cost per project.• Perform current and post construction Quality Check ride outs to document and report deficiencies.• Conduct monthly meetings to discuss individual job specifications based on the current SOW.• Collect daily redlines from the Operations team and verify efficiency for an accurate report.• Generate spreadsheets to accurately store revenue generating data.• Create weekly goals to exceed production requirements.

• Follow and ensure all safety guidelines are met on each project.• Perform pre and post construction walkouts to verify the HFC plant new designs and asbuilts.• Meet with all contractors to analyze the projects on hand and set daily/weekly production goals to meet expected deadlines and generate positive revenue.• Discuss individual job specifications with each contractor on the project while ensuring that they are being met in order to avoid any potential issues.• Redline daily progress while adding all production into specified spreadsheets for the clients review.• Perform QC ride outs along with submitting all issues to the business partner for repair.• Verify each item has been successfully resolved to avoid escalations and potential charge backs. • Manage multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish by meeting with the business partner and client to ensure the quality of work is being met within each aerial and underground application.• Perform engineering walkouts in order to capture all, if any, design flaws and report them to the appropriate entity while requesting weekly updates.• Update the business partner on any engineering flaws before the construction phase begins to avoid a halt in forward production.• Hold conference calls to ensure that the client and business partner are aware of all documented issues and report the ETR's for each.

• Implement safety procedures followed by a checklist for each member of each crew to sign and follow. • Consistently verify JHA's and STA's are properly filled out while also performing weekly safety talks with all internal and sub-contracting crews.• Discuss individual job specifications with all crews and ensure that they are being met and followed to avoid any back-end issues arising.• Hire, train and place individuals into appropriate roles in order to achieve maximum production.• Redline daily progress in order to report forward production to clients.• Perform daily inspections of each truck being utilized by internal crews to ensure a safe work space.• Perform QC ride outs.• Maintain and store documentation of issues found while also submitting them back to the appropriate crew/s responsible. • Verify all, if any, punch items are resolved in a timely manner to avoid extensive company costs and potential charge backs. • Assist and Oversee multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish by meeting with clients while also superintending 15+ crews consisting of In-house and Subcontractors work quality within aerial and underground applications.• Perform engineering walkthroughs and ride outs to create solutions and/or a work around for design flaws.• Build and create spreadsheets in order to track and document all projects given to Internal and Subcontractors.• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets in order to track all company costs and expenses for current and upcoming projects.• Work closely with the clients to not only inform them of task completions but also issues that could potentially cause an upcoming deadline to be missed.• Maintain full inventory of materials by creating excel spreadsheets with the cost of each piece calculated/deducted as issued and utilized for each project.• Create weekly goals to exceed production requirements and ensure positive revenue is being generated.

• Receive new projects from the client while estimating them in order to capture each billable item in accordance to the contract.• Submit change order requests followed by the appropriate supporting documents.• Supply asbuilt documents to the client per the completion of each project for final invoicing.• Perform node splits, system upgrades and new build coax splicing.• Maintain the coaxial cable plant along with resolving system outages/issues.• Build new aerial/underground coax and fiber optics for newly constructed areas within Rural, Urban and Suburban locations.• Manage work flow by prioritizing jobs issued based on their required completion timelines.• Read blue prints/new designs for construction processes.• Work closely with our client and their headend department in order to resolve fiber optic DBM issues.• Ensure that the EOL’s meet specifications while successfully activating new active/passive devices.

• Install and Troubleshoot Comcast Security Systems, Cable Boxes, Internet Modems and Phone Services.• Intently work with customers on a daily basis to provide services and resolve issues with current devices.• Install and Troubleshoot all active and passive devices including Nodes and fiber optic repairs.• Work closely with headend techs to resolve any/all outages and system issues.• Assist the construction departments with damaged cable/fiber locations and repairs.• Maintain appropriate documentation on behalf of all worked performed via Excel and Microsoft Word.• Regularly send emails to Corporate and Upper Management on behalf of any outstanding issues that could not be resolved.
