Working closely with the directors of the business I am overseeing a beautiful sprawling site in the Chiltern Hills, the site itself is a diverse multi-faceted leisure/F&B site including a premium café, kitchen, event space, Clara’s Corner (a fantastic new children’s soft play) and a large paddock events space.My main focus in this role is growth and to promote a healthy and happy staff working culture whilst supporting the various revenue centres throughout the business.

- Managed and owned all aspects of P&L, budget, forecasting and financial reporting to Directors on a weekly basis along with submission of labour. - Lead and recruited management team of 4, and staff of 20-25.- Negotiating product listings, sourcing new contracts, maintaining existing relationships with suppliers & brands- Responsible for creating and overseeing events, venue and cellar maintenance. - Holding monthly operations team meetings to review performance, set expectations and analyse and pre-empt upcoming challenges or important events to the business.
