I have over twenty years of experience in facilities engineering, working on a broad range of engineering related projects including structural and architectural design and drafting, construction observation and Code services.I received my Bachelors of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in May, 2004. Since that time I have become an experienced structural designer and detailer. My experience includes structural steel, concrete, masonry and timber design for residential, commercial and industrial projects. In addition, I am a UCC certified building and accessibility inspector and plan examiner with experience enforcing the Uniform Construction Code in Pennsylvania. I am a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania (2010), Maryland (2016), Ohio (2016), Mississippi (2016), Virginia (2016), New York (2017), Arizona (2023), Florida (2023) and Maine (2024)My experience encompasses the entire project lifecycle including: proposal writing, concept sketches, full design and calculations, drafting, specification writing, project management and project closeout. I thoroughly enjoy getting out in the field to investigate problems and devise solutions. I also enjoy working with clients to make their vision a reality.
