• Responsible for maintaining and coordinating of Anthology Campus Nexus Student SIS to the University • Researching and scheduling production environment updates, developing and integrating new software, building electronic forms, and developing new system workflows to increase enrollment and retention. These workflows and processes created can result in student Call-To-Action emails, holds on student accounts, and/or even awarding Financial Aid • Developed internal technical processes for student onboarding, AD account creation, Drop for non-attendance, E.N.G.A.G.E. (New Student Orientation), migration of intranet to SharePoint, and more • Other duties include maintaining university websites and assisting with network-related issues related to the ASUN cloud environment for the SIS within Azure

• Responsible for assisting in support of academic and administrative computer services. From assisting students with technical issues, networking devices across campus, and updating the University’s website • Increased the number of computer labs from two to nine computer labs that used VDI. Integrating new technology while still being able to provide support for legacy devices within the classroom.
