I am currently assisting the Director of the Film/Video to drive division operations. I am focused on: timely and reliable project reporting, film/video processes definition and improvement, performance management, and leadership development. In this role I am accountable for: developing resource management process and tools, ensuring and enabling efficient policy and process management, assisting the Resource Director to manage team operations, and building collaborative relationships to drive improvements and deliver division and department strategy and goals.

In this position I worked closely with the Digital Media Director to implement the strategic initiatives and drive long-range organizational goals. I focus primarily on the business, analytic, and administrative objectives of the division, and facilitated the analysis, reporting, and training needed to drive productivity. I primarily interfaced with the Director, Resource Managers, other Operation Managers, Finance, HR, and Systems.My key success in this position was my role as a catalyst in the formation of the Manager’s Community of Practice and my work to alter our management culture. I made significant progress in establishing a social contract in-which managers actively consult with each-other and expect to be openly challenged in an effort to drive improvements in vision, strategy and execution.

In this position I managed a group that fluctuated between 20 to 30 full-time employees. Producers on this team consult with clients, assist in the development of project vision and scope, write production requirements, create schedules and budgets, assemble effective production teams, and provide the drive and leadership required to close projects and WOW customers. Producers on my team developed exhibits, kiosks, eLearning, DVDs, Audio CDs, live web streams, on-demand and syndicated web media, and mobile applications.In this role I successfully consolidated four independent groups into one cohesive team, established vision and set direction, created leadership “bench strength”, re-engineered team culture, defined role expectation and KPIs, recruited, interviewed, and hired, facilitated performance management, maintained a workforce plan, managed an operational budget, established core process and best practice, and resolved issues between functional groups.

In this role I coordinated 8 full-time employees, created culture of accountability, monitored capacity and assigned work, conducted one-on-ones, assisted with interviewing and hiring, defined process , trained new employees, managed an operational budget, and managed projects.

In this position my primary objective was to individually design and develop products that exceeded the expectations of my clients. In this role I interfaced with corporate leadership, managed enterprise level training initiatives, facilitated analysis, design and development for computer based, instructor-led, self-study and video programs. I worked in the areas of retail operations, distribution, loss prevention, information technology, and human resources.

In this position my primary objective was to individually design and develop products that exceeded the expectations of my clients.In this role I consulted with clients, conducted analysis, design, and development for interactive computer based training programs utilized by the Air Force across the US and in Europe.
