Jon Hazan Email and Phone Number
I have worked in many different management environments over the past 25 years. As an Army Officer I received a year of intensive leadership training at RMA Sandhurst before serving for five years with my regiment. Following my military career, I worked for twenty years in the Sports Events industry working for large companies, charities and SMEs designing and delivering Corporate Team Development events and large scale sports events around the world. This has exposed me to different corporate cultures and styles of leadership providing valuable experience for my career as an Executive Coach. I specialise in preparing individuals and small teams, at all levels, for the challenges of management and leadership. Whether this focuses on improving key skills, removing blockages to performance, developing individual career needs or working on personal growth and goals. Invariably, this involves a loosely held process that starts by helping to deepen levels of self-awareness and creating a full understanding of their purpose, priorities, motivations, strengths and weaknesses, before using this understanding to create bespoke practices that can be embedded in their daily lives thereby leading to a meaningful change in their behaviours. By including a chance to review these practices after a period of time, thereby enabling them to assess and change anything that isn’t working, the client stands a much greater change of truly achieving their goals. I believe in combining coaching theory with the practicalities of real life. My genuine curiosity and interest in helping my clients to find unique solutions that work for them provides me with incredible fulfilment and purpose. My love of sports and the outdoors influences many aspects of my life and work meaning coaching sessions and group facilitation is just as likely to happen whilst going for a walk as it is in an office. I hold a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC, am a Strengths Profile accredited practitioner and certified Mental Health First Aider.
