In late 2010 I was made Creative Services Manager responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the department.My remit included all aspects of creative services for the sales team as well as keeping accounts, staff meetings, training and presentations. In my first year as Department Manager I achieved 112% of my annual target and saw a 26% year on year profit growth

-Responsible for the Commercial Production on the station.-Liaising with clients, Account Managers and agencies, writing and producing exciting and effective campaigns. -Dealing with accounts, staff meetings, and achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. .

Part of a two man team that changed the way the Creative Department at Wave 105 worked bringing the production in-house and forming a succesful writing and production team that constantly achieved targets.Within the role I was responsible for liaising with clients, account managers and agencies, writing and producing exciting and effective campaigns for radio. I have produced commercials for a number of radio stations including Wave 105, Heart, Galaxy, Coast and many more stations across the UK.Copywriter.

Working as a copywriter responsible for writing commercials based on briefs from various radio stations from all over the country. As a small independent commercial production company I was used to working through high volumes and to tight deadlines. This gave me tremendous opportunity to push my copywriting skills to the maximum. After a short period at MHP I was approached and offered the role of Creative Consultant with Wave 105, which at that stage of my career seemed the natural progression.
