With a strong foundation as a revenue and revenue ops leader at Fortune 100 companies such as Johnson & Johnson, I've honed my leadership and project management skills. After we achieved our first $1 million in sales, I turned my focus to business development, where I led the in-licensing of a skincare/wound care technology. We carved out that technology and idea into a separate company (Altus Labs dba CQ Science and CQuell) where I was COO for the next four years. IFYKYK, but I wore many hats in that role - ranging from fundraising to innovation, and then the next day inventory, shipping and packaging. From 2015-2020, Franklin Group formed multiple entities across the US, grew to approximately 300 employees, and collectively exited in the low nine figures.Now, I'm enthusiastic about bringing this knowledge to companies in different capacities: as an investor, consultant, and as a growth and operational leader. I'm passionate about building teams and processes that drive growth, efficiency, and communication.
