Engaged in strengthening the capabilities and reach of the Marketing Analysis and Insights department, through the establishment of an applied research practice for and partnership with Prudential’s Group Insurance business.• Built an online research community of Group Insurance Brokers to enable reliable and lower cost qualitative research activities on an as needed basis. • Composed thematic reports synthesizing multiple and varied primary and secondary research sources for the purpose of providing the clearest interpretation of product and market segment intelligence. • Designed and executed primary research to deeply explore the preferences and decision-making processes of individuals selecting insurance and employee benefits products.• Programmed, launched, and monitored an online survey designed to gather feedback from HR decision-makers upon termination of business with Prudential. • Moderated online group discussions designed to gather market feedback concerning products and communications. • Restarted a program of Thought Leadership research for the Group Insurance business that had been dormant for a number of years. • Assembled and led a group of internal and external marketing and research partners to design a field experiment to assess the impact of Behavioral Economics principles on employees’ benefits selection decisions. • Partnered with Branding and Group Insurance marketing colleagues in various research and creative activities in the development of value proposition and advertising communications. • Augmented base of consumer attitudinal and behavioral data though primary research investigations with Group Insurance Brokers and HR Decision-Makers. • Developed internal capabilities to enable cost control and savings.• Promoted the Marketing Analytics & Insights group and the Group Insurance organization as informed and engaged research users and practitioners through internal and external presentations and discussions.
