Our local knowledge and attention to detail, ensures your property is let quickly and tenancies run as smoothly as possible.Having been a Director/Owner of property management companies in Wimbledon since 1992, I know first hand the challenges involved providing a high quality and seamless client experience. To ensure my business achieves this, I developed ‘Crizo’, a tool that allows our busy director /expat clients to view all their documentation and notifications on one online platform. Crizo creates a transparent and easily-accessible service meaning our clients have peace of mind knowing their property is in good hands. Internally, for partners who use Crizo in their business, we’ve seen a dramatic decrease in complications during the sale and buy-to-let process, plus a 50% reduction in admin time allowing staff to be re-allocated to the sales function.Outside of this, I am heavily involved in creating employment in Sierra Leone. After visiting in 2007 I set myself the challenge to find need-worthy individuals and give them the opportunity to earn a living wage. I set up a company in Sierra Leone and personally took time to teach computer skills to those who wouldn’t otherwise have had the opportunity. We now employ their skills at Moss & Co, and welcome opportunities from other businesses that would like to help increase employment in Sierra Leone. In my spare time, I help out at Scouts, play 5-aside football once a week and enjoy sailing. I am father of two boys (12, 20) and can also be found playing Saxophone at the Caven in Raynes Park most Thursdays if you want to pop along.
