I am a strategic, planning, operational, leader with over 15 years expertise in the real estate field. Experience skills that help your company include transaction management, property management, construction management, project management, staff management, vendor management, budget management and relationship management. As a History major I have the distinct ability to plan, organize, research, analyze/assess and communicate my position. I am a genuine, earnest, hardworking and diverse person. My strengths are being persistent, focussed and completing the job. As for areas of improvement, I may be perceived as cautious, aloof, too driven to succeed where people may view me as disconnected. Four words describe my mantra, the four P’s. Passion, Persistence, Process and Personal Service. 1) I apply to the role because I can do, have done and am passionate about that position as a whole. 2) I am persistent in seeing the job through completion and problem solving for anything that may come up during the project. 3) I plan, analyze, research the due diligence and am flexible. I aim to be a trusted advisor whether through leadership or collaboration to find the most cost effective and best resolution. 4) I approach anything as I would want to be treated, am supportive. I make every attempt to go above and beyond and have that customer centric vision for the end result. I am a Renaissance man through diverse interests including competitive sports (lacrosse, wrestling, tennis, golf), music (played string bass for over a decade (classical and jazz), politics (previously ran for State Representative), a history buff (primarily 20th Century American History (1920-1930s) and cooking (my wife can attest to the diverse gourmet delights). Additionally I have been involved in community service including Corenet member (Membership Committee, Young Leaders, Events), Treasurer Lowe Street Condo Association, Treasurer and Chairman of Political Community Group in Norwalk, CT, Youth Lacrosse coach (Wakeman (Fairfield), Darien, West Hartford), appointed by the mayor as a Norwalk Fair Rent Commissioner, and President of the Western Connecticut State University Lacrosse Club.
