To accomplish this I used Google sheets, 30k+ of javascript code, and zero incremental costs, to create and launch to the field:-A CPQ and multi-scenario deal analysis tool - most of the flavor (functionality) of a major CPQ tool, none of the calories (cost)!-A complex deal review checklist with dynamic choices and summary-An approval lookup tool for our revised deal and contract approval policyI am currently using change management to better align our Sales and Professional Services teams on deals and provide near-real time revenue reallocation estimates using that the CPQ and multi-scenario deal analysis tool I created.
