Manages the process of turning creative ideas in tangible outputs across a variety of media. Ensures work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality and within budget. Creates systems and processes that will drive greater profitability across the company and improve the smooth flow of creative work from pre-briefing through to handover to the studio. Maintains quality standards across production of all creative work. Plans and manages timing schedules that fit the needs of the client brief and budget. Ensures all scheduled projects have a budget attached, and maintain financial records. Proactively manage creative teams to deliver against agreed timings. Attend weekly resourcing meetings, gathering requests for the weeks ahead, organising and managing the resource schedule through staff and freelance bookings. Ensure sufficient resource availability at all times by managing holidays, overtime and identifying potential freelance requirements. Support pitch requirements by allocating appropriate creative resource. Responsible for evolving and implementing the traffic system to meet production’s requirements. Escalate any potential issues in a timely manner. Oversee and monitor the quality of design projects being produced / submitted, by seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the execution of this information appropriately.

The central link between client services, board members and the creative team. Working under pressure and to tight deadlines keeping a visual and noticeable presence, liaising directly with all members of client services, taking briefs, booking and scheduling work to the appropriate studio members. Produces team and company reports which help point out inefficiencies and areas of concern as well as time-keeping and consistent trends. Worked across a broad range of clients and media from Multi-National and Global to individual and self-employed, online, print and digital.

Managing an artwork team of 8 staff and looking after general studio requirements. Working across a broad range of high end clients.
