Professional Experience:Currently, I am an employee at Premium Retail Services as a Client Account Coordinator. Working with my team, I support our client in all aspects of retail execution. Whether that is coordinating internal meetings, assisting with project setup, communicating efficiently with our field teams, or simply maintaining a strong and professional relationship with our client. Previously in my career, I had the pleasure of working at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater as a Merchandise Sales Coordinator. I was promoted to this position in 5 years by constantly finding ways to improve and thrive in the position and resolving and adapting to new problems that occurred over the years. Skillset Gained:My cross-functional team leadership abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills obtained through the combination of my careers has given me the ability to assist and support others in a team-oriented setting. My previous experience with inventory control will not only help me with on-the-job tasks but will also allow me to have basic knowledge of a business' supply chain. Education:Graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing in May of 2020.
