He is passionate about training, whether teaching the newest tactics or sharing his experiences. Jon’s background and experience doesn’t stop at fire service. He spent over 20 years with a very large retailer in both store operations and corporate management. Jon had responsibility for leading call center operations for the company, supporting most every aspect of the company’s business.
