Jon joined Summit Trail Advisors as a Partner in 2019. Jon works closely with clients and their outside advisors to develop financial strategies that help high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, families, endowments, and foundations to meet their complex needs of protecting, growing, and transferring wealth to future generations. He ensures each client receives the appropriate level of services including investment management, trust, private banking, strategic planning, philanthropic strategies, alternatives for closely held businesses, and family office services. Prior to joining Summit Trail Advisors, Jon was Managing Director and Senior Private Client Advisor at Wilmington Trust. Previously, he held roles in corporate finance, private banking, investments, and wealth management. In 2017, he was named to Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s 40 under 40 where he was recognized as a top young business leader in the Central PA region. Jon serves on the board of directors of the Children’s Miracle Network. He is a member of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council and previously a board member of the HACC Foundation. Additionally, Jon created the non-profit initiative Climb4Classes which supports Nursing School programs for local institutions. Jon and his wife serve on other nonprofit initiatives throughout the Capital Region that support education and health care.
