Having began my professional life within theatre and TV both as an actor and director, I soon found that the drive to understand and explore people and their motivations and drivers transferred directly to the world of Learning and Development. Life as a freelance trainer, actor facilitator and L and D consultant allowed me to expand my skill-set, explore new and innovative approaches and, perhaps most importantly, meet a host of inspirational professionals with whom I worked on a huge variety of projects. Now working full time with Keystone as one of two Learning and Development Consultants I am as passionate as ever about helping people make positive changes and decisions within their working lives - and I still get to utilise the unique skills that my experience within the theatre industry has given me.
