I created test strategies for new products along with test planning with major focus on product quality and end user enjoyment. I consistently test on multiple environments: Test, staging, green/blue, production - internal and external areas. An understanding of cross functional products and how they can work together. Black box, white box, local host testing, UAT. I will write new Selenium tests, edit existing selenium tests, and maintain documentation of functionality. Recreate and verify user issues. Used the Selenium IDE to create basic smoke tests for existing functionality and to verify that functionality is working after enhancements or when pushing to other tiers. Verifying Postman collection setups and projects. PC focused but familiar with MAC, and exposure to Linux, also familiar with Virtual Machines. Would do weekly testing on all basic/advanced functionality of our websites, grammar verification, link verification, new user/end user experience. Manual testing of multiple projects. Created and kept test scenarios for any and all new/existing products, and very familiar with weekly/monthly release cycles.I have worked with the customer support team to verify issues and explain functionality to them if they are non-issues/payloads/bad inputs/general knowledge. Trained new users on our specific products, gave intro lessons to all new employees, gave walkthroughs on how to use each product efficiency. Worked closely with developers and communicate if something isn’t clear. Extract what would need to be tested based off of what they made edits or enhancements to.

I have a close relationship with the developers as new content is released, to inform them of issues, concerns, or suggestions. I will file issues in Jira and pass information along to the developer or the business analyst depending on the issue. I have learned quite a bit in NetSuite, but still much to learn.

Tested the released AAA title "Rory McIlroy PGA Tour" on Xbox 1, PlayStation 4, and PC, and received credits. I ran daily smoke tests, regression tests, some automation testing, as well as white and black box testing. I worked closely with the design and development team, as well as tested new game-play mechanics prior to any other QA testing them. Filed any bugs into Jira and passed any information along that needed to be given. Transferred builds with Frankenbuild, and tested/changed builds in Frostbite. Achieved an Xbox and PlayStation testing certification from EA.

Tested as lead for a four man team for an unreleased iOS/Android game dealing with weekly regression and multiplayer testing on multiple mobile devices and tablets. Dealt with daily emails and progress reports. Tested a Released game for the Xbox 360 Kinect-Top Hand Rodeo Tour by SFC Rodeo Games. I have tested a released Facebook game, Ghost of Mistwood. While looking for problems as well as filing bugs for these problems, I provided our three man team, communication, problem solving, and a high attention to detail. Assessed unreleased content to verify it was correct and precise for users to play smoothly through. Reproduced and verified that certain bugs were fixed, and being able to close these issues. Verified bi-weekly builds on fixes, specific issues and special content.

Tested online games at pogo.com. Looking for problems as well as filing bugs for these problems. Utilized strong communication skills to document and verbally explain problems to multiple people. Tested pogo.com on the Android and iOS systems. Wrote bug reports, weekly excel documents, and word documents of my findings for challenges. Trained a new employee on EA’s daily workaround, as well as what is needed for mobile testing.Reproduced and verified that certain bugs were fixed, and being able to close these issues.

Evaluated game play functionality and documented any inaccuracies or inefficiencies. Recorded bugs and graphical errors identified during testing and reported findings to the Led programmer for correction. Assisted Lead programmer in completing functionality code. Lead motion capture sessions to collect data for character animations. Set up team members in the mo-cap suit, and gave direction for the movements needed in each capture session. Collected motion capture data using Vicon Capture and Tarsus, started, finished and processed each motion capture session. Applied motion capture data to characters in 3ds Max and edited animations in Unity to produce smooth realistic character movements. Organized MS Project tables for production team’s work schedule and established tasks and deadlines
