I represent individuals and entities in a range of commercial cases on both the plaintiff and defense sides. I have a diverse array of clients, including financial institutions, municipalities, construction companies, tech startups, real estate developers, cannabis companies, oil and gas companies, agribusinesses, and individual investors, to name a few. I litigate a variety of matters, including securities cases, business divorces, membership disputes, complex bankruptcy cases, joint venture implosions, and garden variety contract disputes.Although most of my cases involve commercial disputes there are two areas of my practice that fall outside that description. The first is my appellate practice in which I represent clients in state and federal appellate courts in cases featuring a broad range of issues.
