-Manage and ensure safety and learning in a residence hall of over 250 residents-Supervise a student staff of 8 Resident Mentors by holding them accountable, goal setting, and meeting with them individually for 1:1s and program brainstorming every week-Create and implement residential curriculum through education-based programming and providing community outreach opportunities for student staff and residents-Serve on call in response to alcohol transports, mental health concerns, suicide ideations, and other emergency response incidents-Adjudicate conduct hearings to provide "teachable moments" for students who still need to grow and adapt to a life of living on their own

-Fostered a classroom environment of inclusivity and open-mindedness for 19 first-year students-Held office hours and 1:1 appointments for students who needed further guidance with our class curriculum and other student aspirations-Created and facilitated lesson plans related to diversity and inclusion, alcohol education, time management, and campus resources-Partnered with faculty and campus resources to present for a class of 19 first-year students

-Co-supervised a staff of 8 Resident Advisors by challenging and supporting them through decision-making, facilitating programs, and providing them professional development experiences to grow as a leader-Organized and planned programming for first-year orientation programs in the summer school residence halls-Developed training modules on educating professionals on how to support students with a mental or physical disability for the 2018 Special Olympics conference

-Created a tracking system to asses how many appointments each advisor had per semester to help improve availability -Advised first-year students through the online web chat to answer questions students had about transfer credits, changing majors, and making in-person appointments

-Co-supervised a staff of 19 Alternate Resident Mentors (ARMs), by encouraging confidence, providing service-learning opportunities, holding weekly staff meetings and 1:1s, and training staff on the Resident Mentor position-Designed and distributed surveys utilizing Microsoft publisher and Campus Labs to assess the quality of our residential curriculum in our residence halls-Assessed our living learning communities by coding and theming data of current student's responses on improvement and interest

-Analyzed and evaluated student applications for the Truman, Gillman, and Rotary grants

-Served as a mentor and resource for a floor of 60 international upperclassmen students-Co-advised Shaw hall government by supporting and challenging 8 executive board members-Served on call for a building of over 1,000 residents by responding to mental health concerns, facility issues, and conduct violations

-Advised and educated graduate, international, and doctoral students on their professional and academic writing skills-Created marketing campaigns to advertise satellite locations of our services to students on campus

-Facilitated and educated a classroom of 25 senior-level high school honors students in English Literature
