Some advanced bugs can also require log files.- Depending on the schedule, test coverage can range from a simple smoke test to a full suite of coverage all while ensuring scheduling demands are met.- Performing escalations and working alongside fellow testers and engineers of the Experis team investigating complex bugs which require extensive troubleshooting and verification.

Some customers would deploy clusters using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools such as CloudFormation and Launch Wizard for their EKS clusters.- Technical support includes (among many other things) troubleshooting pod networking issues, failed pods or nodes, node groups, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) permission issues, volume mount issues, RBAC (Role Based Access Control) permission issues, and general guidance.- Support provided on a best-effort basis for third party tools that were used with AWS services which included Terraform, Nginx Ingress Controller, and observability tools such as FluentBit and Grafana.- Replicating and analyzing customer issues in a lab environment and creating unique solutions. - Collaboration with a rotation of engineers that would "relay" handling support cases that involved critical production down issues providing immediate support, on occasions working with multiple engineers from multiple disciplines. - Performing escalations and working alongside AWS development teams for complex issues for the most optimal path for resolving a customer issue.
