-Improved Operations INHERENT RESOLVE and FREEDOM SENTINEL by providing a common air picture to 18 coalition partners throughout a 4.5 million square mile theater.-Persuaded United States Space Command personnel to institute changes on their missile launch detection system which enabled the Tactical Receive Suite's capability to detect hypersonic missile launches.-Revitalized the Air and Missile Defense Unit's High Mobility Artillery Rocket System Kill Chain that had been offline for two years.

Maintenance consisted of directing the installation of networking equipment upgrades and securing network access with firewall security control measures.-Oversaw projects with a three-person team that maintained a $34 million weapon system composed of data, voice, and video equipment, controlled and routed with Cisco Hardware. -Directed the Headquarters 8th Air Force Communications Security Program, which contained $1.1 million of controlled cryptographic equipment.

Maintenance consisted of Cisco network administration, upgrading switches and routers, and securing network access with port security configurations and firewall security control measures mandated by Air Operations Center security policies.-Demonstrated network engineer competency through identification of a faulty Cisco switch. The switch failure caused 50% network loss. Issue resolution required exporting configurations, replacing the switch and importing the desired configuration which restored the network to full capability.
