A complex business structure with ~30,000 employees across over 1200 legal entities with a high volume of concurrent employments in the UK and Ireland, this project aimed to migrate from disparate sources to SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) for HR People data and ECP for payroll.My role was to coordinate and manage the data migration workstream of the project.Under this role, I was responsible for:• Developing the migration strategy and plan, working closely with programme management to update and ensure the workstream remained on track. • Full ETL: Extraction, transformation and load cycle processes, with line management of a team of 8.• Conducting multiple end to end migration test cycles; SIT, UAT, BRT, Dress rehearsal 1/2 as well as two production cutover deployments in December and January. • Supporting and driving business change and giving more data ownership to the employee.• Coordinating the collection and cleansing of data from various sources before transformation and load, with all retail people data largely sitting outside a system but for core payroll data. • Managing Change Requests, Release Management and Testing of changes related to data/system config. • Early Life Support and transition to BAU working, closely working with Payroll to HR Admin teams to build confidence and fix early issues.• Reviewing and supporting the processes to assign identities to employees.

HiSpec Lenses/NLRX is a Specsavers owned Supply Chain Distribution centre. In my role as Data & Insights Manager, I was responsible for creating a new team with a focus on continuous improvement projects within the wider business operation, maintenance of system data and improving the businesses use of data in providing insights to tell stories and drive business change and better decision making.In my role, I was responsible for the:• Delivery and evolution of data analytics and key business reporting to drive cost efficiencies, process improvements, policy compliance, and address business risks.• Led the data analytics & insights on a £1m+ project to implement 10 Vertical Lift Machines to the operation; improving fill rates, replenishment rates & warehouse capacity. • Data migration SME for JDA WMS on site, moving successfully with no impact to business fill rates across 1200 stores over all product workstreams.

• Gathering, analysing and interpreting business critical information that is instrumental in driving operational excellence and change.• Continuous improvement projects across the warehouse operation; data to support business cases such as warehouse relays to improve efficiency

• Financial systems data management (TM1, SAP/SAP BW), analysis and system user support to the finance function.• Maintaining and controlling financial systems hierarchical structures and responsible for the development, automation and processing of all regular month end/year end system rollover tasks.• Leading financial systems (TM1, SAP/SAP BW) & MS Excel user training across the UK & Ireland.

• Creating, designing and delivering all HR reporting, ensuring the consistency and quality of MI data whilst introducing new insight to support business decisions.• HR System SME supporting development and transition of data to new system.
