- Designed and maintained the QA SharePoint site- Created electronic Microsoft forms and used Power Automate to streamline and automate QA processes such as Management Assessments, Lessons Learned, etc. Logged all relevant information into SharePoint lists.- Used REST API calls (GET and POST/PATCH) to obtain and modify data within SharePoint. Had to understand and parse JSON objects and various query parameters in order to extract the necessary information- Created an “Issues Management tracker” on the Corporate QA, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory SharePoints, which help QA Representatives track open issues to completion- Scheduled monthly emails to the QA department including a table of upcoming and overdue Audits and Assessments, and upcoming Actions assigned to each Action Owner in Issues Management- Made Microsoft Word templates that are auto-filled with the information provided from each of the QA Documents- Occasionally performed data analysis, transformation, and visualization through Python, Excel, and Power BI- Saved the QA department — as well as anyone tasked with performing an Assessment, or the initiation of a Corrective Action or Nonconformance Report — hundreds of hours of tedious, manual work to date, and will continue to save hundreds of hours for the near future
