Hi, my name is Jordan Lam, and I'm a student at Arizona State University currently pursing a bachelor's of science in Computer Information Systems in the W. P. Carey School of Business, I am also a W. P. Carey Leaders Academy member. I graduated high school with a weighted GPA of 4.235 and was ranked 3rd out of 61 in my class (top 5%). Prior to going to Arizona State University, I also received the New American University Scholarship - Presidents Award from them. In Fall 2023, I made into the Dean's List, which is awarded to students who were enrolled in 12 or more credit hours and earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the semester. In Fall 2024, I completed a Data Analysis project on Sustainability that was co-designed with Intel, where I utilized SQL to write queries that powered my analysis and created visualizations that helped the Intel team select the best location for their new data center. I hope to be able to intern at a company where I am able to put the skills that I have learned throughout my time at Arizona State University to great use, and also where I am able to gain even more hands on experience and build more connections with others so that I can be prepared to have a great career in the future.
