This entails assisting the coordinators withmanaging their cases which could be upwards of 144 cases with volunteers.• Supporting team members in all aspects of the coordinator role and in the bestinterest of the children we serve• Conduct monthly consultations with Advocacy Coordinators to review casesand prepare for court hearings• Interviewing, Hiring and Training• Championed continuing education for staff and volunteers• Review cases monthly to ensure documentation is up to date and in compliancewith TCASA standards• Assist and develop court documents• Attend court proceedings on behalf of Child Advocates Inc.• Lead presentations for large groups of potential volunteers
