Not unlike effective communication, these are baseline requirements for developing highly competent employees and effective teams. As I look back, I realize the recipe for success is quite simple. If you take care of your people, your people will take care of you. The goal is to create a flexible and malleable environment perfectly suited for group-buy-in, commitment, and innovation to deliver scalable success consistently.
