Includes design services according to customer needs and requirements, availability and costs en Datacenter Services (Software, Storage, Operating Systems and Datacenter Infrastructure ). Responsible for developing specific solutions that address client’s business needs and deliver client value while supporting brand specific business strategies.Maintains strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations in these accounts. Thoroughly understands the client’s business, including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues.Creates solutions which are tailored to client’s business needs and integrates the brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.Thoroughly understands and applies strategies and offerings for the specific assigned brand. Promotes specific brand capabilities to develop a winning solution which addresses the client’s unique business needs.Understands the capabilities in order to develop winning solutions that deliver client value propositions,are tailored to the client’s specific business needs.Ensures that the solution design and delivery team has considered the appropriate methods and models in the customer.

Installation, configuration and support on AIX and software products, including networking, file server, print server, backup and recovery, web servers, security, performance analysis, external storage (scsi, ssa). Basic installation and support on high availability clusters with HACMP for AIX v5. Advanced technical support on pSeries servers with AIX, including LPAR, Virtual I/O, and HMC solutions. AIX v5, HACMP v5, and high availability solutions for linux with Heartbeat, Drdb. AIX and HACMP integration with SAN storage FAStT and DSxxxx solutions.Installation, configuration and support on Linux SuSE and RedHat. Implementation and support on Linux solutions, including email servers (exim, qmail, sendmail, postfix), antispam, dns, dhcp, samba, ldap. Implementation and support on IBM Tivoli Directory Server (LDAP). Implementation and support on backup solutions with Tivoli Storage Manager on several platforms (AIX, Windows , Linux and Mainframe ). Implementation and support on VMware ESX 3.x. Implementations with High Availability, Fault Tolerance and desktop virtualizations with Citrix Xen Desktop.
