o Communicate with Merchandise Manager to determine Goals.o Coordinate and participate in Merchandising moves, stocking, blocking.o Check for accurate signage, product rotations, and perishable pull dates.o Lead, schedule, train, encourage, provide feedback to area employees.o Makes recommendations for hiring, promotion & terminationo Review sales reports and profits and loss.o Develop and implement merchandising plans for department.

o Assist Buyers and Assistant Buyers in merchandising projects.o Communicate with depots, warehouses, vendors and members.o Review department inventory reports by location weekly.o Set up and track item replenishment and purchase orders.o Mail out vendor contracts for signatures.
