This was the job that I started my working career with. Referred by my brother who was the lead line cook, I scaled up starting as a dishwasher and ending as the lead line cook myself. From 2013 to 2015 I was covering positions as needed with Sautee station being my main role. Moved up to lead in the winter of 2016 to end of season 2018.
