*Analyze high risk personal and business retail accounts in Citi’s North America’s banking sector. *Analyze and file suspicious activity reports (SARS) and recommend customer retention or termination based on account activity patterns.*Analyze over 150 cases per month while maintaining a quality assurance accuracy rate of over 95%.*Thorough knowledge of compliance monitoring systems including Actimize, Quickscreens, Citimart, Ecadd, Compliance Database, Lexis Nexis, Filemaker Pro, Business Objects, Eclipse and On Demand. *Provide global guidance and oversight ensuring the consistent application of the bank's AML monitoring principles while supporting global initiatives and projects to develop and strengthen Citi's AML program.*Drive and facilitate change required to advance the program in close collaboration with AML Operations and Technology.*Support the implementation of new products and services in providing AML expertise and directions.*Perform on-going assessment of Monitoring Ecosystem, working with the Business, Operations, and AML to update as necessary. *Provide global oversight and direction for definition and adjustments of monitoring parameters.
